Snap, provided by Sejr Lund Bøyesen, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Free trial
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel at any time from the in-app subscription page to avoid being billed.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Contact us via the in-app feedback option and we will assist with the refund request.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer or bank but are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
